AGENCY BLUE TEAM

Plan your security arrangements

Before deciding on staffing or equipment, it helps to define what the arrangements need to cover. AGENCY BLUE TEAM reviews requirements in the context of how your site or event actually operates.

Review and prioritise

The initial discussion covers site use, access, sensitive periods and existing resources. A visit may be included where appropriate. Findings are organised to distinguish immediate priorities from improvements that can be scheduled later.

Establish responsibilities

The scope and deliverables are agreed at the outset. They may include recommendations, operating instructions, a coordination plan or preparation for deployment. The review does not replace regulatory certification or the responsibilities of site management.

Prepare temporary arrangements

Event build-up, temporary occupancy, works or a venue closure can require support for a defined period. Working hours, checkpoints, contacts and handover arrangements should be specified accordingly.

Move from review to delivery

The findings provide a basis for deciding which resources to engage and how to brief the teams involved. Any operational or technical services are covered by a separate proposal or clearly identified items.
